Biography
Eliza Zweizig is a graduate student in the Communication Sciences Program at Case Western Reserve University, pursuing her master’s degree. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University in 2026. During her undergraduate studies, she assisted with research examining the development of suprasegmental language features in children. The research was part of a collaborative study between OSU and Gallaudet University. She also co-led an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) program. Her interests include alternative access methods for AAC, acquired neurogenic communication disorders, and complex communication needs.
Outside of academics, she enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with friends and family, and reading.
